For Men

The Gallery has much to offer our men customers...jewelry, boxes, walking sticks, ties, wood bowls.  Click on the artist's name to find out more about that particular craft.

Internationally trained silversmith Cecilia Tappan Minnahan creates exquisite cuff links using gemstones and natural materials in unique Art Deco styles and colors.

Local wood carver Steve Duncan is self taught in his work and has a very compelling style of carving ancient looking faces in his walking sticks.  For the hiker, this is a great gift idea - useful and yet a work of art.

Our Art to Wear department offers bow ties and silk ties for the men in your family.  Beau Ties of Vermont hand selects each fabric, sews the tie by hand and has many designs to choose from.  If you are looking for a career design, hobby, sports, even political - we have one for you.

If you prefer a basic tie, then artist Joanna Alot will be to your liking with lovely silk hand painted designs in colors for traditional to more contemporary men.

Local artist Jim Little Wolf who is part Comanche is a great favorite with our male customers. His rings, bracelets, and buttons of silver and turquoise add a dashing flair to any man's wardrobe. Jim also creates detailed leather wallets that are uniquely his style.

Wood turner Jerry Crowe is a big favorite among our men customers.  They love the feel of his organic wood bowls, made from tree burls. Some of the bowls are inlaid with lapis or turquoise  - ground to a powder and pressed into the crevices of the wood and finished over. what a great piece to display on a mantle over a fireplace!

Local wood worker Chris Kamm  creates lovely oak boxes with carved quotes on the top or side from well know personalities past and present.  Thee make great places to toss odd cuff links, tie clips and coins after a busy day out.
